Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who may use FavMe

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), and adult content must be legal for you to access. You are responsible for keeping your account private and away from minors.

2. What FavMe is for

Artistic, creative and fictional adult expression — AI roleplay, spicy stories, and NSFW images and video of imaginary, AI-generated characters. All output is fictional and must not be presented as a real depiction of any actual person.

3. Prohibited — zero tolerance

You must never use FavMe to create, request, upload or share:

• Any sexual content involving a minor — real, fictional, drawn, "aged-down," or otherwise (CSAM). Absolute, zero tolerance.
• Content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent — including deepfakes, "nudify"/undress of real people, revenge content or impersonation.
• Non-consensual sexual content presented as real, or content promoting or glorifying real-world sexual violence, trafficking or exploitation.
• Bestiality, or any content that violates the rules of our payment or infrastructure providers.
• Content that is otherwise illegal where you live, or that harasses, defames, threatens or endangers others.
• Uploads of photographs of real people to generate intimate content without their documented consent.

4. No abuse of the service

Don't bypass rate limits or safety/security controls, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, resell FavMe's capabilities, or attempt to defeat content moderation.

5. Enforcement & reporting

We moderate proactively and on report, and may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts with or without notice. We report CSAM to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC where applicable) and cooperate with law enforcement. Report violations to [email protected].
