1. The deal
FavMe is an AI image and video generator operated by FavMe Labs. By creating an account or using FavMe you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. Who can use FavMe
You must be at least 18 years old. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. What FavMe does
- Generates AI images and videos from your prompts via our infrastructure.
- Provides text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, AI video, and AI character tools.
- Stores your generations in a private gallery for download.
We do not guarantee any specific output quality, availability, or business outcome.
4. Billing
Plan prices and credit allowances are shown on the pricing page. Plan credits don't roll over month-to-month. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once consumed.
7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 7 days of that charge by contacting us — no questions asked. Refunds are processed by our payment provider (Polar, our merchant of record). The guarantee covers your subscription fee; separately purchased top-up packs that have already been used are excluded.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
5. Content rules
You own the images and videos you generate. By using FavMe you grant us a limited license to process your prompts and content only as needed to provide the service.
You agree NOT to use FavMe to:
- Generate or distribute content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, real-person likeness without consent, or other illegal material.
- Harass, defame, or deceive others.
- Bypass rate limits or security controls.
- Reverse-engineer or resell FavMe's capabilities.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take down the service for maintenance, security incidents, or compliance reasons. We'll notify you of planned downtime when possible.
7. Liability
FavMe is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, FavMe Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. You can close your account from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
