1. Who we are

2. What data we hold

To run the service we process:

• Account basics (email, display name) — to create and secure your account.
• Your prompts and any reference images you upload — to perform the generation you requested.
• Your generated images and videos — stored in your private gallery so you can access them.
• Usage and credit balance — to meter generations and operate billing.

3. What we do NOT access

• Your password in plain text — credentials are hashed / handled by our auth provider.
• Payment card numbers — these are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
• Any data unrelated to providing the generation service.

4. How we store data

Session cookies are httpOnly and Secure. Your generations are stored in your private gallery and are visible only to you. You can delete any generation at any time; deleted items are removed from active storage promptly.

5. Sharing

We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties. The only external services we use are:

• AI inference providers — to run image/video generation; only your prompts and reference images are sent.
• Payment processor — to handle subscriptions and top-ups.
• Hosting & CDN providers — to serve the app and deliver your media.

6. Your rights (GDPR & similar)

You can at any time:

• Access your generations from your private gallery.
• Export your data — email us and we'll send you a copy within 14 days.
• Delete all your data — email us and we'll erase everything within 7 days.

7. Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do NOT use tracking, marketing, or analytics cookies that follow you across sites.

8. Changes

We'll post any changes here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
