Because the imagery and video produced on FavMe are entirely AI-generated and contain no real human performers, no actual human being is depicted engaging in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to this AI-generated content, as there are no real performers whose age and identity records would be required.

The characters generated on FavMe are fictional and imaginary. Any resemblance to a real, identifiable person is coincidental and unintended. FavMe is intended for artistic, creative and fictional adult expression, as described in our Terms.

User uploads

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading photographs of real, identifiable people to generate intimate or sexually explicit content without that person's documented consent, and from creating content depicting minors of any kind.
